Description and is it worth a visit
Du Sinh Parish Church or Du Sinh Parish Church is one of the most interesting and beautiful churches in Dalat. The unusual architecture of the church combines features of Asian and European styles. The figures of dragons on the railing of the stairs leading to the temple, carved elements, curved roofs, three–leaf entrance gates - all these features characteristic of the Vietnamese pagoda can be seen here. It may seem at once that this is a Buddhist temple, but no, this is a Catholic church. A place underestimated by tourists and little visited, but in vain.
It was built in 1956 on the initiative of a priest from Hue, who has royal roots. Initially, it was a small parish. Later, a bell tower and buildings for priests were built.
The territory of the church is decorated with an alpine slide with statues of saints, blooming flower beds and green lawns. And from the hill on which the church is located, there is a good panoramic view of the surroundings and the whole of Dalat.
Choose modest clothes for visiting, do not make noise inside and during the service and do not talk loudly.

🚶 How to get there
Du Singh Church is located 3 km from the center of Dalat at 40/8 Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Phuong 4, DaLat (church on the map). Theoretically, you can even get there on foot, but still it's far from the center, so it's better by rented transport or taxi from 40,000 VND, or with an individual excursion.
Attention! The main gate on the south side of the temple can be closed. In this case, you need to go around / go around the church on the left, and you will get to the entrance from the reverse side.
