Description and is it worth a visit
One of the most interesting and large-scale attractions of Penang and Georgetown is the so-called Penang Street Art. It appeared in 2012 after the Georgetown Festival.
Walking along the picturesque streets of George Town in its historical part on the buildings you can see an interesting painting depicting the life and life of Penang, famous characters, animals or just funny pictures. Here you can see Bruce Lee in flight, children playing, cats, minions and much more. Sometimes the images are complemented by an installation of real objects, which makes them even more interesting. And on the most popular tourist streets of the Old City you can find interesting flat wire compositions, which also tell about the history of a particular area or street with the help of wire text. Some of the examples of this street art are represented on maps or in tourist booklets of Penang, and it is very entertaining walking along the street to find them.
