Description and is it worth a visit
Aceh mosque (Masjid Melayu Lebuh Acheh or simply Aceh Mosque) was built in 1808 by the Indonesian Aceh people. Acehnese still live in Indonesia on the island of Sumatra, as well as in Malaysia. A small community of them live in houses near this mosque.

🚶 How to get there
The mosque is located in the Old Town of Georgetown on Lebuh Acheh Street (Aceh mosque on the map). You can get there on the free MPPP CAT tourist bus to stop number 15, then a little on foot.
