House Museum of Countess Panina located in a building that is a monument of architecture and urban planning of the early XIX century. Its last owner was Countess Sophia Vladimirovna Panina, who became the first woman minister in Russia.

Inside the museum, the atmosphere is recreated and the interior of the XIX century is preserved. At first glance, his collection looks eclectic and resembles just a collection of old things from different eras. Indeed, along with the ancient exhibits of the XIX century there are objects of the Soviet era. Nevertheless, the general structure of the exposition tells about the history of the Panin family and introduces the life and fashion of the XIX century, and the basis of each of the collections are old exhibits, and more modern ones simply complement it. There are such collections: irons; scales and measuring instruments; musical instruments and boxes; toys; outfits and everyday clothes; old televisions, tape recorders and radios"; sewing machines.
