From the airport to Zaozernoye 80 kilometers or a little more than an hour on the road, and the railway station in the center of Yevpatoria is located just 10 kilometers from the center of the village. Directly to the place of rest in this resort can only be reached by suburban buses or taxis, and therefore all routes by public transport here will pass through Yevpatoria or SAKI. By bus

In Zaozernoye there is no bus station and bus station, and intercity buses do not go here. You can get to the village by bus only on two flights: city bus No. 8 from Evpatoria, and suburban bus from Saki through Evpatoria. By plane

How to get from the airport to Zaozernoye

From the airport to Zaozernoye without transfers can only be reached by taxi or rented car, and buses will have to make transfers in Yevpatoria or Simferopol. Let's analyze all the options:

• Taxi from the airport

  Because of the sanctions on the peninsula, taxi aggregator applications and the BlaBlaCar travel search site do not work, and therefore the car will have to be ordered at the airport at the counter, or look for a driver in the airport parking lot. You can also order a car by phone, but it will be even more expensive than on the spot. On average, a taxi ride to Zaozernoye will cost from 1300 rubles, but this is only on condition that you know how to bargain with private traders. In high season, prices rise.

• Airport car rental

  This is a great way to get from the airport, and even feel complete freedom of movement during your vacation. To rent a car at the airport, it is better to book it online in advance, and then upon arrival you will only have to issue and accept it. • Airport buses

  Unfortunately, there is no way to get there without transfers. But if you really need to save money and you are ready to go by bus, then it is best to go through Yevpatoria. The bus from the airport to Yevpatoria is sent according to the schedule quite often, about two hours on the way, they cost from 200 rubles. You can check the schedule and buy tickets at bus.tutu.ru.

  Upon arrival at the Yevpatoria bus station, you can get to the village by taxi from 250 rubles after bargaining. Directly in the parking lot of the bus station it is very difficult to bargain, the prices of drivers here are immediately called extremely inflated. Therefore, you can go a little further from the bus station to the main road, and catch a car there, or order by phone at one of the local taxi companies.

  If you need to save even more, you can go from the bus station to the bus stop on the street. Industrial, and there take the passing bus number 8 for 25 rubles, it goes about every 20 minutes. Just keep in mind that these are ordinary city buses with narrow aisles, and with large luggage it will not be very convenient.

By train

By train you can get to Zaozernoye with a transfer to a bus or taxi through the railway stations of Simferopol or Yevpatoria. But keep in mind that due to Western sanctions, the main Russian carrier RZD does not operate flights to Crimea, and therefore you will have to search and book tickets not on the RZD website, but on verified sites Tutu.ru or on the company carrier's website Grand service Express.

The nearest railway station is in Evpatoria, but it can be reached by long-distance trains only from Moscow, St. Petersburg and cities along the way. From other cities and regions of the Russian Federation you need to go to Simferopol, and there change to a bus, taxi or go with a transfer to Yevpatoria by train. • Via Simferopol

By car

After entering the peninsula on the Crimean Bridge in Shtormovoe by car you can get two routes:

• Via Simferopol and Yevpatoria. This is a route along the New excellent Tavrida highway with a length of 310 kilometers, which, with a good situation on the roads when bypassing Simferopol, can be overcome in 4 hours, but in practice it is better to count on 6 hours. Along the way, there are rest stops and new chain gas stations on this highway. After Evpatoria, the road becomes worse, but only 30 kilometers will remain on it.
• Along the Southern Railway through Koktebel, Sudak, Alushta, and then through Simferopol or Sevastopol. This route is longer by 100 kilometers, but is considered very picturesque, as it runs along the coast along serpentines. But to drive it, you will need almost a full day of light, and perhaps even an overnight stay along the way. Therefore, we recommend it only if you want to travel around the peninsula and visit other resorts and places along the way.

As a profitable and convenient alternative to driving your own car, we advise you to consider renting a car at the airport or at the railway station in Simferopol. You can rent a car in Yevpatoria, but keep an eye on the prices, because there will be more expensive. How to get from Yevpatoria to Zaozernoye

It is most convenient to use a taxi, but because of the sanctions in the Crimea do not work applications aggregators such as Yandex.Taxi, Uber and all the others, the car can be ordered by phone local taxi companies or catch on the street.
