Overview of how to get there

Novofedorovka is a small village and resort located 7 kilometers from the city center of Saki, and 60 kilometers from Simferopol and the airport (Novofedorovka on the map). Unfortunately, there is no railway and bus station here, and therefore you will have to get through the nearest transport hub in Saki, where there is both a railway station and an intercity bus station, as well as a stop for passing intercity buses. In general, there will be no great difficulties in getting here, but you need to understand that if you want to get here by public transport, you will have to make transfers, and therefore we strongly advise you to get from the airport or railway station immediately by taxi. Here are brief instructions for understanding:

• ✈ By plane to Simferopol airport, and from there by taxi from 1500 rubles, or take a passing bus to Yevpatoria via Saki for 200 rubles. Upon arrival from the Saki bus station to Novofedorovka, you can take city buses from 25 rubles or by taxi from 300 rubles.
• 🚆 By train to the Saki railway station from Moscow or St. Petersburg, from the railway station you can take city buses with transfers from 25 rubles or by taxi from 400 rubles.
• 🚆 By train to Simferopol railway station from the regions of the Russian Federation, and from there by taxi from 1400 rubles, or go on foot to the Kurortnaya/AC-2 bus station, from where buses from 120 rubles often depart to Saki. You can also take the train for 90 rubles. Then from Saki by taxi or city bus.
• 🚗 By car across the Crimean Bridge and then along the Tavrida highway through Simferopol (the shortest and most optimal route), or along the southern coast of Crimea through Koktebel, Sudak, Alushta, Yalta (a scenic route, but much longer and possibly will require an additional overnight stay on the way).

To Novofedorovka by bus

As we have already mentioned, there is no bus station in Novofedorovka and intercity flights do not even pass through the village. Fortunately, regular intercity flights from most major cities and resorts of Crimea, as well as from neighboring Russian regions on the "mainland", in particular from Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Belgorod, Astrakhan, Sochi, Derbent, can reach Saki by bus. There are even bus flights from Moscow, and direct buses from the regions are launched in the summer, but these are mostly not regular buses, but branded tourist buses, and therefore their schedule and cost should be specified on the spot in the regions.

The Saki bus station is conveniently located in the city center at 17 Simferopol Street (Saki bus station on the map), and right from here you can take city bus number369 (see about it above) to Novofedorovka for 25 rubles, or by taxi from 300 rubles. However, not all intercity buses call at the bus station, and most of them follow the direction to Yevpatoria and make a stop on demand at the "turn to the bus station", which is only half a kilometer from the bus station and the city center. From here it is better to take the taxi from the village or walk to the bus station to take the number 369 there.

By plane

The nearest airport of Simferopol is the only operating passenger airport of the peninsula so far. It operates many flights from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the regions of the Russian Federation. You can fly, including with a transfer in Moscow, just make sure that you have a connecting flight without changing the airport. The prices for the flight are reasonable and quite compete with a train ride on a single ticket, but it is better to buy tickets in advance, even before the start of the season.

How to get from the airport to Novofedorovka

Simferopol Airport is located 45 kilometers from Novofedorovka, and this distance by taxi or rented car can be covered in less than an hour. You can get there by bus, which will be cheaper, but you will have to make transfers. Learn more about all methods:

• Taxi

  Taxis can be found at the counter at the airport or at the exit from the terminal. There are official taxis and private cabs, and the latter ask for a trip more expensive than the officials, and therefore you need to bargain with them. However, if you are traveling alone, then you can negotiate with private traders about sharing the cost of the trip with other passengers. At the same time, they themselves will find fellow travelers, it will only be necessary to wait a little. On average, it is worth counting on a trip from 1500 rubles per car.

  If you want everything to be organized by the time of your arrival, you can order a ready-made tourist transfer to the place of departure. In fact, this is also a taxi, but with increased comfort. After ordering, the driver will meet you at the airport and deliver you directly to the door of the hotel or sanatorium. • Rent a car at the airport

  You can rent a car at the airport and immediately get to the resort on your own, which will be a very convenient option for those who are actively traveling and want to get acquainted with the resorts and sights of the Crimea.   There are no direct buses from the airport, including to the Saki bus station, and therefore you will have to go with a transfer. From the airport bus station, take the nearest bus to Yevpatoria, following through Saki. These buses depart frequently, cost from 200 rubles, tickets can be purchased online at bus.tutu.ru. They do not go to the bus station in the city, but make a stop at the turn to the bus station (see above about buses), from where you can get to Novofedorovka by taxi from 300 rubles, or walk 500 meters to the bus station on foot, and there take the city bus number 369.

By train and train

The nearest railway station to Novofedorovka is located 10 kilometers away on the outskirts of Saki (railway station on the map). From here you will have to go to the place of rest in Novofedorovka by taxi from 400 rubles, or by city buses No. 2 and 6 with a transfer at the bus station to bus No. 369.

In turn, you can get to the railway station in Saki by long-distance trains only from Moscow and St. Petersburg. Due to Western sanctions, the main Russian carrier RZD does not operate flights to Crimea, and therefore you need to search and buy tickets not on the RZD website, but on tutu.ru or on the company carrier's website Grand Service Express.

From other cities of Russia by train you will have to go through Simferopol with a transfer there by train, bus or taxi.

With a transfer via Simferopol

Simferopol can be reached by train from most cities and regions of the Russian Federation. You also need to search for and buy tickets not on the Russian Railways website, but on tutu.ru or on the company carrier's website Grand Service Express.

Upon arrival in Simferopol, Novofedorovka can be reached by taxi from 1400 rubles, less than an hour on the way. A trip by train or buses will be much cheaper. To get on the bus, you need to walk from the station to the nearby bus station Simferopol AC-2 or Kurortnaya, from where buses to Saki start every 15-30 minutes from 120 rubles. You can buy bus tickets from Simferopol to Saki at bus.tutu.ru. Upon arrival in Saki, we get to Novofedorovka by taxi or bus number 369.

To Novofedorovka by car

By car from the cities and regions of the Russian Federation, you can enter the Crimea via the Crimean Bridge, which is free of charge. After entering the peninsula, the resort can be reached by car using one of these routes:

• Via Simferopol. The route with a total length of about 260 kilometers runs along the excellent Tavrida highway, which can be overcome in 3-4 hours of travel. All along the way along this highway, you can stop at rest stops and take advantage of new network gas stations.
• Along the southern coast of Crimea through Koktebel, Sudak, Alushta and further through Simferopol or Sevastopol. This route is longer than the previous one by 100 kilometers, however, it is more picturesque, as it follows serpentines along the seashore. It will take a whole light day to overcome it, and you may also have to spend the night on the way. We recommend this route only if you have plans to travel around the Crimean peninsula with visits to other cities and resorts along the way.

In order to refuel in Crimea, it is better to use the services of local network gas stations, such as Atan, Vesta, T-neft, Formula, Tobi, CRS, Redpetrol. Gasoline and diesel are 5% higher in value here than on the "mainland", and therefore it is better to refuel before entering the bridge in full. You can pay at most local gas stations either in cash or by credit card (without commission).
