By plane to Olginka

You can get to Olginka by plane through Krasnodar airport (140 kilometers, airport on the map) or Sochi (170 kilometers). But we do not recommend using Sochi airport, because it will take much longer and more expensive to get from it because of the complicated serpentine road along the coast, which is also often in traffic jams.

To Krasnodar Pashkovsky International Airport (renamed Catherine II Airport), in the summer season there are many direct and connecting flights from the regions of the Russian Federation. Often flights with a transfer in Moscow are cheaper than direct ones, so you should not immediately abandon such options. Just make sure that the connections are made without changing the airport in Moscow, and there is enough time for a transfer, optimally with a margin of 3-4 hours. How to get from Krasnodar airport to Olginka

  Taxis can be ordered at the airport at the counter in the baggage claim area of the domestic terminal or in the parking lot. A trip will be cheaper when ordering a car through taxi, Uber, etc. applications.

  There are no direct buses from the airport, so you will have to transfer via Krasnodar, and in some cases make a bus change in Dzhubga as well. Here is the instruction:

  There is no bus station in Olginka, buses stop to disembark passengers right on the highway at the Olginka-center stop a little away from the tourist area (stop on the map). You can walk from it with a light backpack, or take a taxi from 100 rubles.

By train to Olginka

The railway does not pass through Olginka, you need to get by train through railway stations in Krasnodar, Goryachy Klyuch or Tuapse. The answer to the question of which of these stations is better to go to is not unambiguous and depends on your region and the date of the trip. So, the most trains go to Krasnodar, and in most cases they are cheaper than to Tuapse or Goryachy Klyuch, but it takes longer and more expensive to go from here to the resort. The Hot Spring is closer, but only some trains stop here. To Tuapse from Moscow and the regions there are all the same trains that go through Krasnodar and Goryachy Klyuch, and on some trains a ticket to Tuapse is even cheaper than to Krasnodar, although to go further. Therefore, before buying, it is better to check the prices and conditions of travel to all three stations, and, of course, take into account the cost and time to travel from the stations to the place of rest.

It is best to check prices and buy tickets on the official website of Russian Railways or at the box office. But keep in mind that the prices on the general search results page may differ greatly from the actual final ones, and the final ticket price can be found only after choosing a specific train and a specific seat in the car. • To Olginka via Krasnodar railway station

  A taxi from Krasnodar railway station to the hotel in Olginka will cost from 3,500 rubles when ordering via taxi applications. But sometimes it is impossible to pick up a car because of the refusal of drivers to go on such a long route, so be prepared to negotiate with the "bombers" in the parking lot of the station.   To travel by bus from Krasnodar-1 railway station, you need to walk a couple of minutes to the main bus station Krasnodar-1 (AS Krasnodar).   The railway station in Goryachy Klyuch is only 90 kilometers away (Goryachy Klyuch station on the map), and it is cheaper and faster to get to the resort from it than from Krasnodar, but not all trains stop here. In addition, there are no buses from the station itself, and you still have to get to the local bus station or bus stop on the main highway.

  A taxi from the Goryachy Klyuch will cost from 1800 rubles. It is better to order a car via the Internet, since the "bombers" on the site simply mercilessly rob tourists, requesting 2 times more.

  To travel by bus, you need to take city buses with a transfer or by taxi to the local bus station, and already there take any passing bus to Tuapse or Sochi. Buses run frequently during the day, the cost starts from 300 rubles. There are also buses to Dzhubga, departing from the railway station twice a day, and in Dzhubga at the bus station you can transfer to a commuter bus or taxi from 800 rubles.

If you choose a way to get from the railway stations by bus, keep in mind that there is no bus station in Olginka, and buses stop to disembark passengers right on the highway at the Olginka-center stop, which is a little away from the tourist area (stop on the map). By bus to Olginka

There is no bus station in Olginka, by bus you can get here by passing buses in the direction of Tuapse and Sochi, as well as by suburban buses of the Tuapse district. Buses make a stop on the main highway without entering the tourist part of the resort (stop on the map), from it to the place of rest with light luggage can be reached on foot (1-2 kilometers), or by taxi from 100 rubles. You can leave this stop only by regular commuter buses in Tuapse or Dzhubgu, but you will not be able to buy a ticket and take a long-distance bus, for this you need to first get to the bus station in Dzhubgu or Tuapse.

• Long-distance buses

  By buses of long-distance destinations directly or with a transfer to Dzhubga, you can get at least from Astrakhan, Vladikavkaz, Essentuki, Kislovodsk, Kizlyar, Makhachkala, Mineralnye Vody, Pyatigorsk, Odessa, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Feodosia, Taganrog, Khasavyurt, Nalchik, Yalta, Rostov-on-Don. During the high season (in summer) there are tourist flights from major cities of the European part of the Russian Federation, but not directly to Olginka, but passing through to Sochi or Tuapse. But before buying tickets, please check whether there is a stop in Olginka. If there is no such stop, then you need to go to Dzhubga or Tuapse, and from there by taxi or commuter buses.

• Commuter buses

  Suburban buses run along the highway between Tuapse and Dzhubga, they run from 05:50 to 21:00 approximately every hour and a half according to the schedule. Departures from Tuapse are more frequent, since there are still flights through Olginka to Novomikhailovsky, etc. settlements before reaching Dzhubgu. The fare from Tuapse is 70 rubles, from Dzhubga - 59 rubles. It takes about an hour to drive, but due to traffic jams, the time may increase to two hours, and accordingly there are delays in departure according to the schedule.

By car to Olginka
