Just do not confuse Krasnaya Polyana resort with the village of the same name – these are different places (see Resort and Krasnaya Polyana Village: what is the difference). The Lower Station of the cable car you need is located in the resort "Krasnaya Polyana" in the village of Estosadok, this is the former resort" Gorky Gorod", renamed in 2020. Bicycles are mounted on a special mount of closed cabins (gondolas) and chairs on the chair sections. You will have to remove and move it at intermediate stations yourself, the service staff only gives theoretical advice on how to do this.
In addition to extreme downhill mountain biking, simpler bike tours on mountain roads are also offered. They are held in a group on electric bicycles at heights slightly higher than the center of the village, and all you need is to be able to confidently control an ordinary bicycle. Great physical effort for such a tour is not required, since the electric drive greatly facilitates the ascents.
