Gelendzhik airport is located within the city limits on the right (western) shore of Gelendzhik Bay, this is the area of thin Cape (Gelendzhik Airport on the map). This is a very convenient location that makes it easy to get to the airport from any area of the resort or drive from it on arrival to the place of rest. Here is a brief overview of the ways to get to or from Gelendzhik airport:

• By taxi from 70 rubles when ordering through apps.
• Walking distance to the nearest hotels in the area of thin Cape.
• On city buses No. 5 and No. 16 for 25 rubles.

Flights to the airport

A limited number of flights are currently operated to Gelendzhik airport, and their prices, in comparison with larger airports in the Krasnodar Territory, are significantly higher. The regular route network at the time of writing includes only domestic flights from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Surgut, Novosibirsk. International flights are not operated here. The terminal is currently being renovated, which as a result promises to increase the number of flights and possibly lower prices, so keep an eye out for new destinations in the scoreboard and schedule below:

By taxi

You can take an official airport taxi from the airport or use the Yandex. Taxi or Uber apps. The Citymobil application in Gelendzhik (as of 2021) does not work. A trip through the application will cost less: from 70 rubles to the nearest hotel, and about 200 rubles to the other end of the city in the area of Tolstoy Cape.

As an alternative to a taxi, you can order a more comfortable tourist taxi (transfer). You can order on the website kiwitaxi.ru or intui.travel. This is a little more expensive than a taxi through aggregator applications, but the driver will meet you at the airport with a sign and comfortably take you to the right place.

By bus

• 💵 cost-from 25 rubles.

From the airport to the center and area of Tolstoy Cape can be reached by city buses (minibuses) No. 5 or No. 16. Go every 20-30 minutes. The fare is 25 rubles when paying by card, and 30 rubles when paying in cash.

Buses run through the resort town on the main street of Lunacharsky, so if you are ready to walk a little and you have light luggage, then theoretically you can get to your hotel or accommodation anywhere in the city. But this route does not go to the Blue Bay Area, so to get there, you will have to change to buses No. 15 or No. 3m at one of the stops along Lunacharsky Street.

On foot

The resort starts almost immediately at the exit from the terminal, so if you travel light with a backpack, it will be easy to walk to the nearest hotels and guest houses on foot in 10-20 minutes.
