The resort and village of Dederkoy is located in the Tuapse District of Krasnodar Krai on the Black Sea coast, 13 kilometers from Tuapse and 200 kilometers from Krasnodar (Dederkoy on the map). The main transport hub through which they get here is Tuapse, where the main railway station for this area is located. By plane or bus they also get with a transfer through Tuapse. The last part of the trip from Tuapse to Dedercoy can be taken by commuter bus, train or taxi. If you have personal transport, it is convenient to get to the resort by car, although there are some subtleties with choosing the right trip route.

By plane to Dederkoi
There is no airport in Tuapse, you can get by plane through the airport of Krasnodar (178 kilometers) or Sochi (127 kilometers). In most cases, tickets to the International Airport of Krasnodar named after Catherine II (former Pashkovsky) are cheaper than to Sochi (Adler). You can fly direct flights from Moscow and the regions, but sometimes it is cheaper to fly from the regions with transfers through Moscow.

Unfortunately, although Dederkoy has its own train station, it cannot be reached from Krasnodar, only with a transfer in Tuapse. Therefore, you will first have to make a transplant in Krasnodar, and then also in Tuapse.
- From the airport by trolleybus No. 7 (28 USD) or by taxi (from 300 USD) go to the railway station Krasnodar-1, 1 hour on the way. This station is located next to the bus station, so if you suddenly do not have time for the train according to the schedule, you can continue the bus ride as indicated above.
- From the station several times a day to Tuapse, electric trains cost from 400 rubles, two and a half hours on the way. Also, instead of an electric train, you can take a long-distance train, but they go slower. You can see the schedule on the website Yandex. schedules or on carrier websites pass.rzd.ru and kuban-express-prigorod.ru. Please note that transportation on the route is carried out by two different carriers, so the schedule on the last two sites is different.
- Upon arrival in Tuapse at the railway station, you can transfer to the train to Dederkoy (13 minutes on the way, the cost is 38 USD), which is not always possible due to the schedule, because they go only a few times a day. Therefore, you will either have to take a taxi for 300-400 rubles, or walk to the Tuapse bus station and from there take a suburban bus to Dederkoy (it costs 29 rubles, 20-30 minutes on the way, departure every hour).

Sochi (Adler) airport is closer than Krasnodar, and is even a little better, because you do not have to make transfers to get from it by land. But there is a chance to get stuck in many hours of traffic jams on the road, so it is best to go from the airport by train.

The road can take from 4 to 10 hours, depending on traffic jams, and the trip will not be easy because of sharp acceleration and braking, sharp turns, and therefore not everyone can withstand it. Therefore, if possible, choose a trip by train, especially since they depart directly from the airport. And even if you have to spend a couple of hours waiting for her, in most cases you will arrive earlier than by taxi and even more so by bus. If you still decide to go by road, then at least use a taxi or tourist transfer from 4800 rubles, not a bus.

By train to Dederkoi
The railway passes through Dederkoi and there is a stop, but long-distance trains do not stop here, only electric trains stop. Therefore, you need to get with a transfer in Tuapse, where all trains going to Sochi and Adler stop.
Trains to Tuapse in the summer season come from most regions of the Russian Federation, but the direction is very popular, so it is better to buy tickets in advance, at least a month before the trip. Checking the schedule and buying tickets now is best on the official website of Russian Railways or at the ticket office. When buying through the site, it is better to first register in the bonus system of Russian Railways and save points for the next trip.
Upon arrival at the railway station in Tuapse, you can finally get to Dederkoy by train. There are a lot of trains during the day, but there are time gaps during the day, so it's better to check it in advance before the trip, for example at Yandex. schedules. By bus to Dederkoi
The nearest place where you can get by intercity buses is the Tuapse bus station. It can be reached by buses from the cities of the Krasnodar Territory and neighboring regions of the Russian Federation, during the tourist season flights from Moscow and other distant regions are launched. Buses go at least from Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Temryuk, Rostov-On-Don, Essentuki, Mineralnye Vody, Kislovodsk, Astrakhan, Vladikavkaz, Makhachkala, Mineralnye Vody, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Feodosia, Taganrog, Khasavyurt, Nalchik, Yalta. It is best to check the schedule for long-distance destinations at bus stations and travel agencies in your city, or you can view them on the Websites rasp.yandex.ru and bus.tutu.ru, but not all flights are represented. All routes in the Krasnodar Territory are on the website kpas.ru.
At the bus station you need to change to a suburban bus (costs 29 rubles, 20-30 minutes on the way, departure every hour) or a taxi for 300-400 rubles. The bus does not enter the village itself, but passes through it along the main highway, making one stop (stop by hand on the map). Since there is no taxi in the village, you will have to walk from it to the accommodation, which, however, will not be difficult.
By car to Dederkoi

The route from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Rostov-On-Don passes along the high-speed toll Federal Highway M4-don. The fare will be from 1720 rubles. The last 200 kilometers of the way after Krasnodar can be done on one of two routes. To decide which one to choose, we recommend that you monitor the state of traffic in Yandex. Navigator:
- Through Dzhubga. An excellent highway with a speed limit of 110 km/h leads to Dzhubga, but after Dzhubga serpentines and resort villages begin, the passage through which is very difficult, especially during the tourist season in the daytime. Even without an accident due to pedestrian crossings and narrowing of roads in the villages, you can get into many hours of traffic jams, and if an accident occurs with a lane lock, then a four-hour trip can easily turn into an eight-hour one.
- Through Shahumyan pass. An alternative route leads through Khadyzhensk and the Shahumyan pass (Shahumyansky), and allows you to avoid traffic jams on the Dzhubga-Tuapse section. The road here is narrow, but rarely congested. But the problem is that six kilometers of the pass will have to drive along a rocky dirt serpentine road with a minimum speed. This section is very dusty, trucks on it move very slowly, overtaking is difficult and prohibited, so for these six kilometers you will have to spend 30-60 minutes.
