There are several ports and marinas on the island, but the largest is in Cebu City (Cebu port on map). This is the largest seaport in the country, a huge number of ferries arrive/depart, including international cruise ships.

Theoretically, from the port of Cebu directly or with transfers you can get almost anywhere in the country, it is easier to list where not to get. By bus

There are at least two conditionally direct bus services with which you can conveniently reach the island of Cebu from neighboring islands. The price includes bus and ferry. Unfortunately, there are no online schedules and reservations for these routes, so here is information to guide you as of 2023:

• Dumaguete (Negros) - Cebu

  The cost is 360 pesos, the journey is 6 hours. From Dumaguete go to 03:15, 04:15, 05:45, 06:30 , 08:20, 09:15, 10:15, 11:20, 14:15, 22:30. • Bacolod (Negros) - Cebu

  Cost from 500 pesos, travel from 8 hours. Depart in the afternoon about every hour, and several flights at night.
