Inambakan Falls – a real gem among all the waterfalls of Cebu. Unlike the popular Kawasan, always crowded with vacationers and tourists, Inambakan is almost always deserted, because it is still little known, besides it is difficult to get to it. But if you are staying in Moalboal, and you have a rented motorbike, then be sure to visit Inambakan.
It consists of four large levels, and several small rapids and water slides between them. There are natural swimming pools, and at the very top of the threshold you can jump into the water. The water is cool, but not icy, you can swim quite comfortably. In the water there are small fish that bite the legs, doing the so-called "Fish massage". Visiting all the rapids without swimming will take 40 minutes, but you can come here for a few hours for a picnic, swimming and sunbathing.

🚶 How to get there
Inambakan is located in the south Cebu island 52 kilometers from Moalboal, from where it is best to visit (waterfall on the map). Driving from Cebu City or Mactana is too far, it will take almost all day.
You can get there only by taxi or mototaxi, rented transport. From Moalboal there is a good asphalt road leading to it, but in the last kilometers it sometimes goes into a primer, although in 2019 it is being overhauled. There are signs along the way, but it is better to follow the Navigator, because the signs are easy to miss. From the ticket office and parking to the first and highest threshold and swimming pool will have to go down on foot for 10 minutes, and then along the clearly visible trails you can walk for 10-20 minutes to the next levels. Also near the ticket office you will be offered an accompanying guide for a tip (50-100 pesos at your discretion), but it is not necessary to hire him, unless you are going to jump into the water. The guide will show the most successful and safe place to jump, and without it it is better not to do it.
