Description and is it worth a visit
Pasifika Museum is a large museum with a collection of works of art of the peoples of the Pacific Ocean (hence the name of the museum). This is the largest museum in Bali, the collection has more than 600 paintings by 200 authors from 25 countries of the Pacific basin. Mostly works of contemporary art are presented, but you can not only enjoy them, but also learn a lot from the history and culture of Indonesia. In general, the museum is definitely worth a visit, especially if you stay in the Nusa Dua area, where it is located, but it is quite difficult to get here from other areas.
A leisurely inspection of the collection should take at least 2 hours. Please note that there are no air conditioners inside, only fans, so it's as easy as possible, otherwise you won't be able to stay in the museum for a long time.

🚶 How to get there
The museum is located in the south of Bali in the tourist area of Nusa Dua (museum on the map). It is 15-20 kilometers from the airport and the center of Kuta. You can get from 120,000 rupees by taxi through the application (6.73 USD) and from 50,000 for a motorcycle taxi.
You can use your own (rented) transport to get here by toll or free road. The paid version is faster, but the problem is that you need to buy a special electronic card for payment. If this is a one-time trip along the "headscarf" for you, then there is no point in buying it, you can drive along the free route, although it's a bit of a detour and through traffic jams.
