The history of Pyatigorsk is inextricably linked with the name of the great Russian poet, whose life and work this museum-reserve is dedicated to. The museum complex is based in an old estate consisting of four expositions: literary, Lermontov's house, "M.Y. Lermontov in Fine Art", A.A. Alyabyev House Museum. In total, there are 8 objects to visit in the estate. Of particular interest is Lermontov's house, where he spent the last two months of his life. His body was brought here after the duel, and from here they were buried at the original burial place in an ancient cemetery nearby. The interior of the house is recreated according to the descriptions of the poet's contemporaries, there are his personal belongings inside.

- Visit to the entire museum complex: 250 rubles for adults, 150 rubles for children (under 18), students.
- Visit only Lermontov's house: 150 rubles for adults, 100 rubles for children (under 18), students.

the Lermontov Museum complex is located near the tourist area of Pyatigorsk, you can get there on foot (museum on the map). From other districts and from the railway station you can get by bus No. 1, trams No. 1, 3, 5.
