Tavrichesky embankment stretches along the right (west) The sides of the bay are opposite the Nazukin embankment. It is not as developed and beautiful as Nazukina Embankment, and there is almost nothing here except a pedestrian alley and shops on it. But here you can go fishing from the shore, relax on the Marble Beach, visit the main Balaklava attraction Submarine Museum and walk to Coastal Battery No. 19. The Tavrichesky embankment ends with Balaklava Cape, climbing which you can see some of the best views of the bay and the tourist part of the resort. There is also a Marble beach, next to which there is a cafe and rental of kayaks and boards for SUP-surf.
Contrary to what pseudo-guidebooks on the Internet say that here " pleases the variety of cafes and restaurants. In the evening, you can find a place for a quiet family dinner and for a more noisy pastime", in fact, there is nothing like that on Tavricheskaya, and the tourist infrastructure on this side of the bay is very poorly developed.

🚶 How to get there
Tavricheskaya Embankment is located on the right (west) on the side of the bay, it is opposite the Nazukin embankment (embankment on the map). To get to it from the other side or from the final bus stop on May 1 Square, you will have to go around almost two kilometers, skirting the bay along Novikov Street and turn onto Tavricheskaya. Unfortunately, in some places along this path there are not even normal sidewalks, so be careful. For personal transport, entry here is prohibited, for which, when turning from Novikov Street, a "No traffic" sign is installed. But in practice, neither locals nor visitors to the city pay attention to this ban in most cases, and drive under the sign to the parking lot next to the submarine museum, to Marble Beach or further along the dirt road beyond the beach.
