Tractor History Museum - one of the most interesting in Cheboksary, especially liked by children. The fact is that on the first floor of the museum there is a huge collection of real tractors from all over the world, and all of them can be touched, climbed inside, turned the steering wheels, pulled levers and pressed buttons. Children are just crazy about it, and they are not so easy to drag them away from this exhibition.
But not only the collection of tractors is interesting in this museum. On the second floor there is a lot of thematic cognitive information for adults. The exposition tells about the history of the tractor, its importance in human life, tractor manufacturers from different countries. A special pride is the world map with the countries marked on it, in which Soviet and Russian tractors are operated. Exhibits are marked with QR codes that can be read by a smartphone and listen to audio information. A tour guide is also offered. Another pride of the museum is a huge collection of scale models from around the world. Well, if you are really carried away by the theme of the museum, then on the first floor you can test yourself in an interactive tractor simulator.

Located near Cheboksary aggregate plant at 1 Mira Street, building 2 (Museum on the map). It is far from the city center, not accessible on foot. You can get there by taxi for about 100 rubles, buses and minibuses No. 42, 45, 52, 54 and trolleybuses №№ 2, 5, 9, 15, 18.
