Beer is a national drink and the pride of Chuvashia, so it is not surprising that such a museum appeared in Cheboksary. It operates in the same building in conjunction with the beer restaurant "Old Town". The museum consists of two small halls, the exposition of which tells about the history of beer from ancient times to the present, and about the peculiarities of Chuvash beer production.
The museum can be visited by buying only an entrance ticket and independently inspecting the exposition in two small halls. But in our opinion (the authors of the site) this will not be very interesting, since the signatures under the exhibits will not give you any information. It is much more interesting to get acquainted with the museum exhibition with a tour conducted by an enthusiastic guide who has been working in the museum since its opening. The tour lasts 20-30 minutes, after which you can continue self-inspection of the exhibition and photographing.
Excursion support is not very expensive, 100 rubles per person, but is held for groups of 5 people, so you may have to wait a little for other visitors to collect a full group. Sometimes you also have to wait a little for the start of a new tour, while the guide is busy with another group. There is also an extended VIP tour worth 150 rubles, which in addition to viewing the halls of the museum includes a passage through the banquet hall to the observation deck at the top of the building, which overlooks the tourist part of Cheboksary.
At the end of the tour of the museum, you can go to a cozy bar with a wooden interior, and there test the knowledge gained during the tour in practice, i.e. taste local beer. You can buy a set of 5 types of hundred-gram glasses of beer for 160 rubles, or you can order a full-fledged 0.5 liter beer mug for just 90 rubles. In the restaurant you can also eat for an average of 350 rubles per person.

the museum is open from 10:00 to 19:00, seven days a week; the restaurant and beer bar is open from 10:00 to 23:00, seven days a week.

the museum is located in Cheboksary tourist center at 11a Efremov pedestrian boulevard (Museum on the map. But it is not so easy to find the entrance to it, since it is not on the pedestrian boulevard itself, but in a small alley between buildings. On the boulevard there is a sign - a sign to the museum, follow it.
