The fact is that this source is unofficial, popular, and there is no evidence of its usefulness or at least safety. Unfortunately, there is no information about the composition and properties of this water and the presence of pathogens in it. As a result, given that the water here is almost stagnant, and everyone swims in this small pool without checking for skin diseases, we would not recommend using it at all.
