The building of the steam large–scale mill of hereditary noblemen Katsari, known as the mill of the merchant's wife O.F. Nazarova, is one of the historical sights of Chistopol. To be honest, you won't see anything special here, just the facade of the building, you can't get inside the building. However, this place has a history, and it is very significant for Chistopol. In the past, crops from all over Zakamye were brought to the building of this mill, and thanks to it, there was always delicious fresh bread on every table of the inhabitants of Chistopol.

Built in the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the complex includes a mill building, utility and storage rooms. The main object is a two-storey brick building with a mezzanine, made in the style of early eclecticism with arch openings. It is adjoined by plank storage rooms with arched window openings. A wooden volume rises above the mezzanine, connected to the technological facilities of the elevator. One of the warehouse buildings, cut down in the XIX-XX centuries, is distinguished by blind end facades, presented in the form of stepped gable walls.

The complex is of particular interest as a monument uniting industrial and civil buildings erected at different times for more than a hundred years, but, unfortunately, as we said above, it is impossible to get inside, and there is nothing to see from the outside.
