No, upon arrival on Lipe island, the fee for access to the island's national park is accepted only in cash. The fee for foreigners is 200 baht, children 100 baht, local residents pay 40 baht. Payment is made in cash upon arrival on the island to the national park rangers, who meet every arriving flight to the island and will tell you themselves when to pay. After payment, a receipt in the form of a ticket is issued, keep it. They may not have change (in our experience with 1000 baht, they didn't even try to look for change for two tourists), so it's better to prepare payment without change. You can also pay the entrance fee in Malaysian ringgit (if arriving from Malaysia from Langkawi island), 35 ringgit. But at the exchange rate, this is less advantageous than exchanging currency and paying in baht.

If you have no cash at all, there is a Krungsri bank ATM at the arrival pier, but don't forget about the large fees for withdrawal from the ATM and your bank.
