In addition to the huge collection of tropical plants and more than 800 species of orchids, the Perdana Botanical Gardens has many interesting things.
Be sure to visit the Deer Park (free entry), where you can see mouse deer β rare miniature animals. Take a walk to the picturesque lake, where turtles and koi carp swim. If you are willing to pay for a ticket, check out the famous Bird Park and Butterfly Park. You can also encounter wild monitor lizards and monkeys in the park.
Find a detailed route to all the interesting places in the park in our article: Kuala Lumpur Botanical Garden (Perdana Botanical Gardens): is it worth going, what to see and how to get there on your own.
