Where is Koh Lipe located on the map?

Koh Lipe is located in the southernmost part of Thailand, in the Andaman Sea, near the border with Malaysia (Koh Lipe on the map of Thailand). It is the southernmost inhabited island of Thailand.

• Nearest major Malaysian island: Langkawi — about 30 km to the south. On a clear day, it can even be seen from Koh Lipe.

The island is quite small, you can walk from end to end in about 40-50 minutes. Despite its remoteness, the infrastructure here is well developed for tourists.
