For a vacation with children on Ko Lipe, Sunrise Beach is the best choice. It offers a gentle entry into the water, clean white sand, a calm atmosphere, and good but not excessive infrastructure.

Sunrise Beach is the perfect balance for a family. The water here is clean and clear, and the sand is soft and pleasant for children's feet. The beach is not as noisy and crowded as Pattaya, allowing for a peaceful rest with a child. At the same time, it has everything you need: cafes for snacks, kayak rentals for family water walks, and even the opportunity to go snorkeling right off the shoreβ€”children will be delighted by the colorful fish.

An important plus is relative safety. There are no strong waves or sharp depth changes on the beach. However, it's worth considering the tides: at low tide, the water recedes quite far, forming large shallow puddles, which, however, can also become entertainment for little ones.

Pattaya Beach also has a gentle entry, but it may not be suitable for young children due to the noisy, party atmosphere, large crowds, and sometimes murky water. Sunset Beach is too small and has minimal infrastructure, which is not very convenient with children.

Advice for parents: Bring children's sunscreen with high SPF, hats, and plenty of drinking water to the beach. Renting a sunbed and umbrella on Sunrise is often free when ordering at a beachfront cafe.
