The best snorkeling on Ko Chang is not right off the shore, but on neighboring islands, where organized tours go. There are also a couple of spots for independent snorkeling.

Organized snorkeling tours:

• Where: Tours most often go to the islands Koh Wai, Koh Rang, Koh Lao Ya or around the small islands of the archipelago. The water is clearer there, and the underwater world is richer.
