You can get to Ban Ho village from Sapa on your own by renting a motorbike, taking a taxi, or using a private transfer. The village is located about 24 kilometers southeast of the center of Sapa, deep in the Muong Hoa Valley.

Here are the main options:

  1. By motorbike (the most popular and flexible way): Rent a bike in Sapa (from 100,000 VND/day). The road (TL152) is scenic but narrow and winding in places. You will need to pay an entrance fee to the valley (150,000 VND). Coordinates for navigation: Ban Ho on the map.
  2. By taxi or with a private driver: A one-way trip will cost about 400,000 - 600,000 VND ($16-25). Arrange with the driver for a return time or have them wait for you for a few hours.
