How to get to the Marble Mountains from Da Nang on your own?

You can get to the Marble Mountains from Da Nang on your own by taxi, rented transport (motorbike or car), or by bus. The location is on the outskirts of the city on the way to Hoi An.

• By taxi (the easiest way): Use apps like Grab, Xanh Sm, or Maxim. A one-way trip from the center of Da Nang will cost approximately from 80,000 dong. You can also order a taxi through your hotel.
• By rented motorbike or car: Renting a motorbike costs from 120,000 dong per day, a car—from 30 dollars. You need to drive along the highway towards Hoi An, the journey will take 10-30 minutes depending on traffic. For more details on rental, read our guide on renting transport in Da Nang.
• By bus (the most budget-friendly option): From Da Nang to the Marble Mountains, buses No. 16, 02/LK-02, and No. 06 run. The fare costs from 8,000 dong. It's most convenient to board at the stop near Dragon Bridge or on Vo Nguyen Giap Street along My Khe Beach (bus No. 06). Buses run approximately every 15-30 minutes, but there may be delays due to traffic.

Upon arrival, you will need to buy a ticket (40,000 dong) at the ticket office at one of the two entrances to Thuy Son Mountain and climb on foot via stairs or by elevator (for an additional fee).
