Does Trip.com accept payment via SBP (QR code) in 2026?

Yes, it does! This is one of the best news for Russian travelers. In 2026, the Trip.com website and app introduced the ability to pay via the Fast Payment System (SBP) via QR code. We have already used this method, and it works excellently.
How it works: When selecting a payment method at the final step of booking, you will be offered the option "SBP (QR)". After selecting it, a QR code will appear, which you need to scan through your bank's app (Sberbank, Tinkoff, VTB, Alfa-Bank, and others). Confirm the payment in the banking app—and the booking is immediately confirmed. It's all simple and fast.
This solution has become a real lifesaver for those whose payments with Mir cards or other Russian cards were not going through for some reason. Now there's no need to try dozens of cards or change settings. Just pay via SBP, like for any online purchase.
If you haven't used Trip.com yet, we advise starting with a promo link—through it, new users receive a bonus on their first purchase. And if you have other payment questions, read our detailed guide to working with Trip.com.
