Rinjani tours offer programs lasting from 2 to 4 days, depending on difficulty and goals. The simplest option is a 2-day/1-night trek to the crater (altitude 2700 meters), where you will see Lake Segara Anak and the summit from afar. This route includes about 20 km of hiking and is suitable for beginners. For climbing to the summit (3726 meters), there are 2-day/1-night tours, but they are very intensive: in one day you need to cover 32 km with an altitude gain of 2700 meters, which requires good physical fitness.

More comfortable options are 3-day/2-night or 4-day/3-night tours. For example, in a 3-day tour you will ascend to the summit, visit the lake, hot springs, and return via Senaru village. However, according to reviews, even this route can be tiring without sufficient breaks. For a leisurely journey, it is better to choose a 4-day tour: it allows you to distribute the load, enjoy the views, and avoid exhaustion.

When choosing a program, consider that guides often underestimate the time to complete routes, so realistically assess your abilities. For example, climbing to the summit instead of the stated 3 hours may take 6-8 hours.
