Can you take homemade wine out of Abkhazia?

It is possible from Abkhazia and there is no ban on exporting homemade wine, but the problem is that after exporting it from Abkhazia, you immediately import it into the Russian Federation. And according to Russian customs rules, importing homemade alcohol across the border is prohibited. You can only import wine in factory packaging with printed signs (labels and excise stamps) indicating that the product was manufactured and packaged at a factory or store. It doesn't matter whether you are flying by plane or crossing the border by train or car. Thus, strictly according to the law, it will not be possible to export homemade wine from Abkhazia to Russia.
At the same time, you can import into the Russian Federation no more than 5 liters of any factory-made alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 0.5% per person, of which only 3 liters are duty-free. For alcohol exceeding 3 liters, you will have to pay a duty of 10 euros per 1 liter. Only persons over 18 years of age can transport alcohol, meaning you cannot 'attribute' excess alcohol to a child.
As for this question in practice, as experienced tourists share in our chat about Abkhazia, customs officers often do not pay attention to such violations. However, we are not encouraging you to do anything, and you should understand that formally, when importing homemade wine across the border into the Russian Federation, you will be a violator, which can result in confiscation of the product and a fine of 2000 rubles.
