Can you withdraw money from a Russian card at Bali airport?

Yes, theoretically it is possible. In the international terminal, after passing passport control and customs, you will enter the arrival hall, where there are exchange points and ATMs of BNI and Mandiri banks, which, among others, accept UnionPay cards. Also, a whole 'room' with ATMs is located at the exit from the domestic terminal, with about five ATMs from different banks.

We remind you that currently only two Russian banks are not under sanctions, whose UnionPay cards still work abroad – these are Rosselkhozbank (RSHB) and ATB. But we would not advise relying solely on a bank card, as they may stop working at any moment, so reserve cash.
