Can I withdraw money at Bali airport to pay for the visa?

No, unfortunately, this cannot be done. ATMs are located in the arrival area after passing through passport control and customs, so you cannot withdraw money from your card and pay for the visa in local currency. Therefore, if you do not have local currency, for example, leftover from previous trips, you can pay for it in dollars or euros, and change will be given in rupiah. Just note that old-style dollars (without the security strip) are categorically not accepted for the visa. If you couldn't find new dollars in banks at home before the trip, then buy euros for the visa; they are accepted without problems.
