Can I exchange baht for dollars or euros in Thailand?

Yes, you can easily exchange local currency for dollars, euros, and anything else you find in exchange offices. But I would like to add that if you plan to come to Thailand again in the future, you don't necessarily need to exchange your remaining baht for dollars; it's better to keep them. The Thai currency is very stable, having stayed in the range of 32-35 baht for almost 20 years, and sometimes even strengthens against the dollar. Personally, we always keep baht for future trips to avoid the hassle of exchanging upon arrival. But the decision is yours, of course.
