Is there a smoking room at Bangkok airport?

Yes, Suvarnabhumi Airport has specially equipped smoking areas. Smoking rooms are located in the "sterile" area (after passport control and security screening) on the third floor in the departure zone. They are near the boarding gates in different concourses (A, B, C, D, E, F, G). There is also a smoking room in the new satellite terminal SAT-1. Please note that smoking in toilets, corridors, and other public areas of the airport is strictly prohibited and punishable by a heavy fine. If you have arrived and have not yet left the transit area, you can also use these rooms. You will find a detailed map of all airport zones in our guide to Suvarnabhumi.
