Entrance to Durian Waterfall (Durian Perangin) costs only 2 Malaysian ringgit per person. This is a symbolic fee, as the area is private and well-maintained. For this money, you get access to a well-kept area with a waterfall that does not dry up year-round, a swimming pool, gazebos, bridges, and trails.

Good to know: The entrance fee is likely collected not at an official ticket office but by local caretakers. Have small ringgit bills on hand for convenience. The fee is only charged for people entering; parking for cars or bikes is free.

Considering that this is one of the few attractions on Langkawi with such a low visit cost, Durian Waterfall offers excellent value for money. For the same fee, you can use all the infrastructure: walk, take photos, swim in the natural pool, and relax in the gazebos. At the entrance area, there is also a small market and cafΓ© where you can buy water, snacks, or even have a full meal if you plan a picnic.
