How to get to Hoi An from Nha Trang?

From Nha Trang, you can get to Hoi An in three main ways: by plane, bus, or train. The choice depends on your budget and desire to save time.

1. By plane (the fastest): Direct flights from Nha Trang (Cam Ranh Airport) to Da Nang operate daily, with a flight time of about 1 hour. After arriving at Da Nang Airport, it will take 30-40 minutes by taxi (400,000 dong) to reach Hoi An.

2. By bus (the cheapest): There are direct buses from Nha Trang to Hoi An. The journey takes approximately 10 hours. These are sleeper or VIP buses with air conditioning and reclining seats, making the long trip tolerable. Prices start from 300,000 - 400,000 dong. Tickets can be purchased at travel agencies in Nha Trang or online.

3. By train: There are no direct trains to Hoi An, as the city does not have a railway station. You need to travel to Da Nang Railway Station (taking about 9-11 hours), and from there, take a taxi or bus to Hoi An.
