How to get from Cebu to Boracay?

Flights also operate from Cebu to Boracay. This is the most optimal way. You need to purchase a ticket for a domestic flight from Cebu-Mactan Airport (CEB) to Caticlan Airport (MPH).

Main route: Cebu → Caticlan → boat to Boracay.

• Flight: Direct flights are operated by Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines. Flight time is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes.
• Cost: With advance purchase, a one-way ticket costs from 2000 pesos. As everywhere, prices soar during high season and before departure.
• After arrival: From Caticlan Airport to the pier — 5 minutes by tricycle (75 pesos). Then — payment of fees and boat transfer for 50 pesos.

Theoretically, you can also get from Cebu to Boracay by land with ferries, but this is a long, complicated, and often even more expensive route than flying. Therefore, we do not recommend it.

Do not forget about mandatory payments when entering the island: 300 pesos environmental fee and 150 pesos port fee.
