According to official Boracay rules:

• Alcohol ban: Drinking alcohol directly on the beach is prohibited to maintain cleanliness and order on the island. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in licensed establishments or in your hotel.
• Smoking ban: Smoking is prohibited on all beaches. Smokers must use designated smoking areas.
