In Vung Tau, there are three main beaches suitable for swimming and relaxation: Back Beach, Front Beach, and Pineapple Beach. Each has its own characteristics and is suitable for different purposes.

Back Beach (Bai Sau) is the main city beach and the most popular place for relaxation. It stretches for 4 kilometers within the city and continues further, featuring an incredible width - from 50 to 200 meters depending on the tides. Here, you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas from 50,000 dong, and along the beach, there is a well-maintained promenade with restaurants. However, there are also drawbacks: a very gentle slope of the seabed, causing the water to recede far during low tide, frequent waves, and underdeveloped infrastructure - no showers, toilets, or changing cabins.

Front Beach (Bai Truoc) is located in a bay and is more protected from waves, but it is quite small - only 100 meters of suitable relaxation area, very narrow, and practically without infrastructure. Mostly local residents relax here.

Pineapple Beach is situated in a more secluded place behind Nui Nho Mountain. It is 150 meters of clean sandy shore next to several hotels and a restaurant. The beach is almost empty and unequipped, but if you stay in one of the neighboring hotels, it will become your almost private beach.

For comfortable beach relaxation, it is best to choose hotels within walking distance of Back Beach, as it is the longest and most spacious.
