Russian citizens do not need a visa for trips to the Philippines for up to 30 days. Upon arrival, a free 30-day stamp is placed in the passport. This rule also applies to citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and European Union countries.

For visa-free entry, several conditions must be met:

  • The validity of the international passport must be at least 6 months after the departure date
  • Return tickets or tickets to a third country are required
  • It is necessary to fill out the electronic eTravel form 5 days before entry

If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you can extend your stay for another 29 days while already in the country. Citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova must apply for a visa in advance.
