Getting to the Penis Temple (Chao Mae Tuptim Shrine) is easy by public transport, as it is located in the center of Bangkok. The shrine is situated on the grounds of the Mövenpick Hotel (formerly known as the Swiss Hotel or Nai Lert Bangkok Hotel) in the Thanon Witthayu street area. The nearest metro stations are BTS Chit Lom and BTS Phloen Chit, from which you can walk in 10–15 minutes.

Since the shrine is hidden on the hotel grounds, access may be a bit difficult, but there are several ways to get there:

  • Through the hotel lobby: Pass by the guard at the main entrance, enter the lobby, go around the reception, and exit to the inner courtyard by the pool. Turn right along the building—the shrine will be on the right.
  • Through the parking lot: From the main entrance, go right along the road for cars, enter the covered parking lot, and walk through it to the exit—the shrine will be nearby.
  • Through the car entrance: Enter from Soi Som Khit street via the bridge, turn left, and after a few dozen meters, you will see the shrine among the trees.

Note that the shrine may not be immediately visible due to dense foliage. If you encounter difficulties, politely ask the hotel staff, but be prepared that not all employees may know of its existence.
