The exchange rate here is higher than at Hanoi airport and almost as high as at exchange offices on jewelry streets in Hanoi. They also accept old dollars with a small discount, euros. The main thing is that the bills must be in perfect condition, otherwise they may refuse to accept them or apply too large a discount. You can also withdraw money from a foreign bank card (Russian cards are not accepted) with a 3% commission.
