Yes, they do. We just recently returned from a trip to Bali, Lombok, and the Gili Islands, and we had no problems paying with a Rosselkhozbank UnionPay card in supermarkets and many cafes. Everything works the same as before. There are places where the card didn't work, but that's rather rare. Both the ruble card and the yuan card work without issues, all tested.
