According to these rules, "goods purchased in duty-free shops at the airport, packed in a sealed (sealed) plastic bag, the weight and dimensions of which are established by the rules of the carrier" passengers have the right to carry without charging an additional fee. What about the rest of the world

The same rules apply all over the world, but there are also peculiarities. The rules of some foreign airlines indicate that the passenger has the right to carry free of charge a "reasonable" amount of goods from dry-fries. In this case, the mass of this "reasonable" amount is not specified. And, unfortunately, on the internet you can find reviews when boarding foreign airlines from foreign airports there were real problems due to the large number of purchases from Dutch Fries, and passengers were really forced to pay or leave the purchased goods at the airport. Therefore, show a reasonable measure in the matter of shopping in duty-free stores, and then you will not have problems with carrying hand luggage.
