What is SkyTerrace and SkyBox at the Menara Tower?

SkyTerrace and SkyBox are the highest and most spectacular points to visit at the Menara Tower in Kuala Lumpur.
SkyTerrace is an open-air observation deck located above the main enclosed one. It is situated at a height of about 300 meters. Its main advantage is that you are outdoors (though enclosed by glass for safety). This provides completely different, more intense and realistic sensations compared to an enclosed space. The views of the city from here are stunning, and for photos, dirty glass (as on the Observation Deck) does not interfere.
SkyBox is a special structure located on the SkyTerrace. It is a glass cube with a glass floor that you can enter. When you are inside, you have a direct drop to the ground beneath your feet. This is an attraction for the brave, allowing you to take impressive photos and videos with a 'floating' effect over the city. It is important to understand that SkyBox is not a separate paid attraction, but part of the SkyTerrace visit.
Note: In old guidebooks, other attractions like F1 or an ethnic village may be mentioned. Currently, they are not available. The visit includes only the observation decks and SkyBox on the open terrace.
A ticket to SkyTerrace (including access to SkyBox) for an adult foreigner costs 140 MYR. We recommend choosing this option if your budget allows, as the experiences will be much more vivid.
