1. Motorcycle/scooter rental. The most important option. The terms must clearly state that coverage includes operating a vehicle with the engine capacity you plan to rent (e.g., "up to 150 cc").
2. Diving and water sports. If you plan scuba diving, a special option is needed. For snorkeling, sometimes "active recreation" is sufficient, but this needs to be clarified.
3. Civil liability to third parties. Covers expenses if you accidentally cause damage to someone else's property (e.g., scratch a rented bike) or health.
4. Dental care. Emergency treatment for acute tooth pain (not cosmetic procedures). An amount of $200-300 can already be very helpful.
5. Quality of the service company (assistance). Ensure that the assistance has 24/7 support in Russian/English and operational partners specifically in Vietnam. This determines the speed and quality of on-site help.

Also, pay attention to coverage for risks such as lost luggage, trip cancellation, or flight delays, but these are secondary compared to the medical part and activity coverage.
