• Card-issuing bank. Some Russian banks (for example, Sberbank for "Mir" cards) may be blocked. Try cards from other banks: VTB, T-Bank, Sovcombank, Russian Standard.
• Card security settings. In your bank's app, check if "Online purchases" are allowed and how 3D-Secure confirmation (SMS code) is set up. Sometimes it helps to temporarily disable or, conversely, enable this option.
