Admission to the Vietnamese Army Museum in Hanoi costs 40,000 dong for adults. For children under 16, admission is free, and for teenagers aged 16-18, it is 20,000 dong.
This price is quite justified, considering the scale of the museum: you will have access to the main exhibition inside the building and the outdoor display with military equipment. The collection includes over 160,000 exhibits, including weapons, maps, soldiers' personal belongings, and modern multimedia installations.
Payment is accepted only in Vietnamese dong, so we advise exchanging money in advance or withdrawing cash from an ATM.
The museum operates without a lunch break, but note that Monday and Friday are days off. If you plan to visit, it's better to come on other days from 08:00 to 16:30.
