You can reach the Jesus Christ statue in Vung Tau on foot, by taxi, or by motorbike taxi. The statue is located on the small peak of Nui Nho mountain at a height of 136 meters, approximately 4 km from the center of Vung Tau.

The main way to get to the statue is by climbing the stairs on foot. The start of the ascent is on the southern side of the mountain (entrance to the statue on the Vung Tau map). The climb consists of about 700 steps and takes from 15 to 30 minutes. Along the way, there are rest areas with benches and viewing platforms.

For those who do not want to walk from the center, we recommend ordering a taxi via the Grab app β€” the cost will range from 30,000 to 80,000 dong. A motorbike taxi will cost about half as much. Tourist golf carts also run to the foot of the mountain.

Theoretically, you can try to get closer to the peak by motorbike via Tuong Chua Dang Tay street, but this road is mainly used by locals and may be closed to tourists.

You can book tours on these trusted sites that we ourselves use: Trip.com, Tripster.ru, Sputnik8.com.
