Yes, Suvarnabhumi Airport has free shuttle buses that run from the terminal to the Suvarnabhumi Bus Terminal, from where city and intercity buses depart further.

Free shuttles operate 24/7 with an interval of approximately 15 minutes. You can find them on the first floor of the terminal (Level 1) near gates 1, 3, 8, and 10. The stops are marked with "Shuttle Bus Stop" signs.

There is also a free shuttle between airports - from Suvarnabhumi to Don Mueang. To use it, you need to show a printed ticket or boarding pass for a flight from Don Mueang at the counters near exits No. 2 and No. 3. Buses run from 05:00 to 23:00 every 12-30 minutes.
