The Temple of the Reclining Buddha is open daily without days off from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. This allows you to plan your visit at a convenient time, for example, in the morning to avoid crowds, or closer to the evening when it gets cooler.

Please note that the last entry is possible some time before closing, so it's better to arrive early to have time to see all the attractions. The temple is huge β€” its territory covers more than 80 thousand square meters, and there is a lot to see here: not only the famous 46-meter-long statue of the Reclining Buddha, but also more than a thousand other statues, chedis, a park, and even a massage school.

If you plan to combine your visit with other attractions, such as the Royal Palace or Wat Arun Temple, we recommend starting in the morning. The ideal route: visiting the palace (about 4 hours), then the Temple of the Reclining Buddha (1 hour), a walk through Chinatown, and ending the day at Wat Arun Temple before sunset.

On the temple grounds, there is WiFi available at the ticket office when purchasing a ticket, as well as free brochures with a map. This will help you navigate and not miss anything.
